Why do I need to register?

No registration or login is required to view the website.

Registration is required to upload resources (videos, documents or website links).

Once registered you will be able to login using your email address and password on future visits to the site.

Why is my login different when I want to place an order?

Due to security and licence restrictions the shop login is different to the general website login.

If you have previously ordered from us or have completed a Tutor Training Program, your login to the shop is your email address and surname.

If you have not previously ordered from us, you will need toenter the shop as a 'new customer'. In the future, your shop login will be your email address and surname.

You will still need to login separately using your email address and password to contribute to the resources.

How do I enrol for a Tutor Training Program?

  • Select the 'Training Venues' tab from the top menu.
  • View the list of training venues to find the course and location in which your are interested.
  • Select the specific training venue to view further details and then click the 'Enrol Now - Pay Later' button.
  • Complete the tutor training enrolment details and submit the information.

How can I update my details?

To update your details, contact us at admin@unlockingtheworld.com, detailing the changes you wish to make. We will notify you when your information has been successfully updated.

How do I login to the shop?

Click on the 'Online Shop' tab from the top menu.

Then either choose:

  • Returning customer/trained tutor and follow the prompts to enter your email address and surname

OR

  • New customer and follow the prompts to create a new account.

How do I purchase licensed materials?

  • Click on the 'Online Shop' tab from the top menu.
  • Select Returning customer/trained tutor.
  • Login using your email address and surname. Once verified, you will have access to purchasing the materials relating to the program(s) in which you have been trained.

How do I login to see the Licensed Tutor Resources?

You will need to have completed one of our Tutor Training Programs in order to be allowed access to these resources.

To login, select the 'Resources' tab from the top menu and, select 'Licensed Tutor Resources'. Then find the resource you would like to view. Once selected you will be required to login using your email address and password. This allows access to the Licensed Tutor Resources and to upload materials to the 'Public Resources' section, which all website users can view.

How do I purchase Keeping safe: Child Protection Curriculum materials?

Only Principals and Preschool Directors can purchase these materials. Click on the 'Online Shop' tab from the top menu and enter your username (principal's surname) and password (principal's email address).

Will my details be confidential?

Yes. We do not sell or pass on names or details to any third party.
