Returns and refunds

We will replace or refund the full value, including return freight and handling charges, of any materials supplied incorrectly by us providing we are notified first, and the materials are returned within 30 days of delivery.

In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return a purchase, we will issue an exchange voucher (credit note) subject to the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase is provided.
• Goods are returned in mint and resaleable condition.
• Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The customer meets all costs associated with the original outward postage/freight and the return postage/freight and any customs/import duties or charges that may apply.
• The customer contacts us first so that return instructions can be provided.

Delivery

Purchasers should allow a minimum of 14 days for the processing of orders and delivery. Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post, International orders are sent by FedEx Express.

The purchaser will be responsible for any import duties or charges that may apply to their country of residence.
