Returns and refunds We will replace or refund the full value of the materials sold and supplied to you providing that your complete order (part orders will not be accepted), is returned to us unopened in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return freight and handling charges are not subject to this refund. We will replace or refund the full value including return freight and handling charges, of any materials damaged or supplied incorrectly by us providing we are notified first, and the materials are returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivery Purchasers should allow a minimum of 14 days for the processing of orders and delivery. Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post, International orders are sent by FEDEX Express. The purchaser will be responsible for any import duties or charges that may apply to their country of residence. |
